To clarify any confusion there might be in the calculation of how we judge who are the best 3rd place teams.

Group A & Group B have 5 teams, but Group C have 6 teams. In order to be fair to the 3rd placed teams in Group A & B, results against the last placed team in Group C will be removed when we are putting all the 3rd Placed teams on a head to head comparison. So as a result, Group C’s 3rd placed team will have pts and goal difference against 4 teams instead of the 5 which they played.
