Teams are to report 15 mins before their allocated match time.

SingaCup will be taking advice from the Singapore’s National Environment Agency’s Meteorological Services for the haze condition as well as the weather conditions.

In cases of extreme weather conditions (lightning risk), if a match has exceeded 25 minutes of game play, the
result will be fixed. In another words, if the match is halted before half time, the teams will be expected to wait until the weather clears up, and continue playing. But if the matches is halted in the 2nd half, and the weather do not clear up within 15mins, the scorelines will be deemed as the full time result.

This is to ensure that the tournament will run on time and prevent an unclearable backlog of matches. This had been addressed to the coaches during the Officials Night briefing.

SingaCup will follow the Sport Singapore general guidelines – if the PSI index hits 151 and beyond, games will be stopped temporarily and replayed or rescheduled as per the tournament Rules & Regulations. We will be referring to the 3 hourly PSI reading by the National Environment Agency, whom is responsible for the measurement, analysis and reporting of haze conditions in Singapore.
